Blood Drive with Orange Theory
- Tuesday, 30 August 2016 17:45
• Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood.
• A single car accident victim can require as many as 100 pints of blood.
• The blood used in an emergency is already on the shelves before the event occurs.
Those are just a few reasons why every little drop counts; and we believe that the foundation for a great community is built on safe blood.
We want our first blood drive to be a success, so we have partnered with our friends at Orangetheory Fitness Summerville, and everyone that give the gift of blood will receive a gift from Persimmon Cafe and Orange Theory.
We need 30 people to guarantee a donation at the drive in order to make this a reality, and we are close to our goal but still need a few more donors.
